Rita Dahl

Executive Director


Rita brings a wealth of senior living experience and knowledge to Springpoint Living at Manalapan and has held her CALA since 2007. Rita also holds a certificate in Social Work and is a President’s Award winner, the highest of employee recognition within the Springpoint organization, for her outstanding service and work ethic.

Rita first joined Springpoint in 1989, where she faithfully served residents at the Atrium at Navesink Harbor, located in Red Bank, NJ, for over 30 years. She held several various roles at The Atrium, including Social Worker and Director of Resident Services.

Rita holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Human Services from the University of Scranton.

Deborah-Cottrell

Deborah Cottrell

Business Office Manager


In this role, Debra is responsible for the day to day operations of the administrative office and directly supervises all concierge staff. She is responsible for the administration office support staff including hiring, maintaining associate and resident files, reviewing performance, supervising and processing payroll. She ensures accuracy of resident census data and handles resident billing correspondence, manages accounting and record keeping functions. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education from The College of New Jersey, and is an active volunteer for multiple charitable organizations.

Trina Cruz

Assisted Living Coordinator


Trina is a Licensed Practical Nurse and received her certification from the New Jersey Board of Nursing. Before joining Springpoint at Manalapan, Trina worked as per diem supervisor and had received multiple recognition from the exceptional service she had provided each resident and family members. She goes above and beyond and strives to expand her role. Her professionalism and dedication to work has brought her to where she is right now. We are very thrilled to have her join our team.

Ruth Mykietyn

Director of Nursing


Ruth is a patient-focused registered nurse with a holistic and cultural care approach. She has 15 years of management experience, three within the nursing profession. In this role, Ruth plans, develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates the overall operation of the Nursing Services Department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules and regulations that govern Springpoint Living at Manalapan to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Ruth is a member of the American Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Allison Nappi

Director of Sales


Allison Nappi joins the Springpoint Living at Manalapan team with over five years of senior living sales experience. In her role, she is responsible for selling Springpoint Living at Manalapan’s assisted living and memory care residences, facilitating move-ins for residents, and representing the community during the sales process.

She is passionate about helping and guiding prospective residents and their families as they navigate the benefits of Springpoint Living at Manalapan. Allison earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Fashion Marketing from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and taking walks along the bay with her dogs Oliver and Seth.

Sharon Woznick LPN, CDP

Memory Care Director/Infection Preventionist


Sharon oversees the clinical aspect of the memory care neighborhood at the community. She is responsible for the community infection prevention and control program (IPCP), directing a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment to help prevent the development and transmission of communicable diseases and infections.

With a special focus in geriatrics, Sharon attended Jersey College School of Nursing; she is a certified dementia practitioner and has over 20 years of healthcare experience.

Celerino Yumang headshot

Celerino Yumang

Director of Maintenance


Mr. Yumang supervises, schedules, and directs the maintenance and housekeeping teams. His duties include establishing and executing a preventive maintenance program; developing and recommending policies and procedures for proper maintenance of the buildings, grounds and equipment; and coordinating staff work assignments. He is responsible for maintaining adequate and accurate inspection records in compliance with the Department of Health and Senior Services.

Mr. Yumang has spent over 25 years in various service and technical related positions including Director of Building Maintenance, and Director of Environmental Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila, Philippines.

Michael Wierzbowski

Dining Director


Michael first joined Springpoint in 2018 as the Director of Dining Services at Monroe Village. He successfully continues his role at Springpoint Living at Manalapan, where he plans, develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates the ongoing operation of the Dining Services Department. With over 40 years of foodservice experience within the healthcare field, Michael demonstrates an admirable ability to form and maintain excellent relations with staff, residents, and family members while managing all culinary operations.

Michael attended The Culinary Institute of America and later took many chef positions, including head, sous, and executive.
