From nursing to maintenance to housekeeping to culinary services, every employee in every department will deliver 100% excellent customer service. Team members will attend training seminars regularly to ensure they are delivering the high-level hospitality and person-centered care residents deserve. They will also be cross-trained to be universal caregivers, so residents will see familiar, friendly faces during activities, meals, and programs.
Meet the people who set a new standard of care: the Springpoint Living at Manalapan team.
Chris is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Springpoint Living at Manalapan. With over 15 years of experience in the senior living industry, he has impacted all areas of senior living communities, holding executive leadership positions including executive director, vice president of sales and marketing, and regional director of lifestyles and business development. He served as senior administrator for a new East Brunswick area assisted living and memory care community where he led the move of over 60 residents during the pandemic.
Chris is also a civil servant, currently serving as mayor of Helmetta, NJ. He has an unwavering passion for community service and volunteerism. With a degree in Special Education, Chris continues his dedication for people in the senior living arena as a Certified Assisted Living Administrator and Certified Dementia Practitioner. He is an avid volunteer with Alzheimer’s New Jersey and has been awarded several notable leadership recognitions throughout his tenure.
Director of Nursing
Ms. Dominguez supervises the nursing staff and provides clinical oversight and education, oversees patient care and handles administrative functions. A registered nurse and certified case manager with twenty years of experience providing healthcare services as a mobile care coordinator, occupational health nurse, and emergency room nurse for multiple healthcare facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
She holds degrees from Middlesex County College/University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and Thomas Edison State College. Certification programs include Basic Life Support and Intravenous Injections.
Director of Sales
Allison Nappi joins the Springpoint Living at Manalapan team with over five years of senior living sales experience. In her role, she is responsible for selling Springpoint Living at Manalapan’s assisted living and memory care residences, facilitating move-ins for residents, and representing the community during the sales process.
She is passionate about helping and guiding prospective residents and their families as they navigate the benefits of Springpoint Living at Manalapan. Allison earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Fashion Marketing from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and taking walks along the bay with her dogs Oliver and Seth.
Director of Business Development
Ms. Amato’s responsibilities include community outreach, advocating and educating on behalf of Springpoint Living at Manalapan and collaborating with professional partners to cultivate relationships with the community at large. She helps to educate seniors and family members and leads exceptional programming and services for community members.
Currently, Ms. Amato serves as chair for the Greater New Jersey Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and is the chapter’s support group facilitator. Her professional experience includes Director of Marketing for Artis Senior Living in Eatontown, N.J. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Monmouth University and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
