We know that life is complicated. That’s why we’re simplifying things with unique all-inclusive pricing that gives you more value than you get at other communities.
Here’s how it works: Our all-inclusive monthly fee covers a secure home in the community, the highest-quality person-centered care, and guaranteed access to our exceptional services and innovative programs. We offer two tiers of all-inclusive rates based on the following factors; the level of assisted living or memory care services needed, if a semiprivate or private accommodation is selected, and the size of the residence. Simple medication management is included and complex medication management is available at an additional cost. Some ancillary costs may apply.

Monthly Fee
The Monthly Fee covers the cost of your loved one’s residence, care needs, therapeutic activities, shared community spaces, dining, and more.
Lifecare plan option
As an option, our one-time Lifecare plan fee assures a full continuum of health care at our nearby sister community, Village Point Rehabilitation & Healthcare or any of our other Springpoint communities. You’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing that should your loved one need a higher level of care in the future, there is a plan in place.
Residents-First Guarantee
As part of the Springpoint family of communities, we offer a money-back satisfaction guarantee if a resident decides to leave our community for any reason within 60 days of the move.
