Springpoint recently announced Lee Gillis as the new Executive Director of Springpoint Living at Manalapan, an assisted living and memory care community. Lee is responsible for overall leadership and will direct day-to-day operations of the community to ensure the highest degree of quality care for the residents.
Lee has over 30 years of experience in the senior living field. She previously acted as the Executive Director at Brookdale Florence, Brookdale Hillsborough, The Residence at Voorhees, and HarborChase of Princeton. Before joining Springpoint, Lee was the General Manager at Echo Lake, a SageLife Senior Living Community.
Lee brings a wealth of senior living experience and knowledge to Springpoint Living at Manalapan and has held her Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) certification since 1999. Her primary duties are to work closely with department managers and provide guidance in order to develop, implement, and maintain policies to ensure resident health, safety, and wellbeing.
