The History of Springpoint Living
The Springpoint journey began in 1916, when our nonprofit organization began its mission to create much-needed housing and services for older adults. As the years continued, our idea grew –to expand affordable housing and senior living communities across the state. While the organization expanded its scope, we created a new brand platform that would embrace people of every background and express our forward-looking spirit.
A Legacy of Nonprofit Excellence
Today, Springpoint is New Jersey's largest nonprofit senior living organization, serving more than 4,000 residents in eight Life Plan Communities, 19 affordable housing communities in New Jersey and Delaware, and Springpoint at Home, which provides fully accredited home care services. The Springpoint Foundation reaches out to thousands more individuals each year with financial assistance and affordable housing support. Our nonprofit status means every decision prioritizes resident well-being over profits, allowing us to reinvest in our communities, maintain exceptional standards, and develop innovative programming like our exclusive LivWell wellness program and Connections dementia care model. This unwavering dedication has earned us recognition as a leader in senior living, trusted by generations of families!
