Lee Gillis
Executive Director
Lee is responsible for overall leadership and day-to-day operations of Springpoint Living at Manalapan. She brings over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the senior living industry. Her primary duties are to work closely with department managers and provide guidance in order to develop, implement, and maintain policies to ensure resident health, safety, and wellbeing.
Prior to joining Springpoint in 2024, she held positions at Brookdale Florence and Brookdale Hillsborough.
Deborah Killeen
Director of Resident Activities/LivWell
Deborah is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and documenting our residential activities program which promotes the physical, social, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of the community. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, she helps manage an environment designed to meet residents’ needs through a full range of activities and events.
Deborah is passionate about preserving dignity, nurturing the spirit, and celebrating individuality for both assistant living and memory care residents by implementing diverse therapeutic activities. She is a graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Fine Arts. She also holds a NCCAP Activities Professional Certificate.
Allison Nappi
Director of Sales
Allison Nappi joins the Springpoint Living at Manalapan team with over five years of senior living sales experience. In her role, she is responsible for selling Springpoint Living at Manalapan’s assisted living and memory care residences, facilitating move-ins for residents, and representing the community during the sales process.
She is passionate about helping and guiding prospective residents and their families as they navigate the benefits of Springpoint Living at Manalapan. Allison earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Fashion Marketing from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and taking walks along the bay with her dogs Oliver and Seth.
Tina Peprah
Director of Nursing
Tina is a patient-centered nurse professional with a true passion in caring for seniors. She has 20 years experience in geriatrics care and has worked in various capacities, including management positions within Assisted Living Communities.
At Manalapan, she oversees the overall operation of the Nursing Department that involves planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating all programs and activities in accordance with current rules and regulations to provide the highest quality of care. Tina has nursing degrees from Middlesex County College and Grand Canyon University.
Sharon Woznick LPN, CDP
Memory Care Director/Infection Preventionist
Sharon oversees the clinical aspect of the memory care neighborhood at the community. She is responsible for the community infection prevention and control program (IPCP), directing a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment to help prevent the development and transmission of communicable diseases and infections.
With a special focus in geriatrics, Sharon attended Jersey College School of Nursing; she is a certified dementia practitioner and has over 20 years of healthcare experience.
John Yumang
Director of Maintenance
Mr. Yumang supervises, schedules, and directs the maintenance and housekeeping teams. His duties include establishing and executing a preventive maintenance program; developing and recommending policies and procedures for proper maintenance of the buildings, grounds and equipment; and coordinating staff work assignments. He is responsible for maintaining adequate and accurate inspection records in compliance with the Department of Health and Senior Services.
Mr. Yumang has spent over 25 years in various service and technical related positions including Director of Building Maintenance, and Director of Environmental Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila, Philippines.
Michael Wierzbowski
Director of Culinary Services
Michael first joined Springpoint in 2018 as the Director of Dining Services at Monroe Village. He successfully continues his role at Springpoint Living at Manalapan, where he plans, develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates the ongoing operation of the Dining Services Department. With over 40 years of foodservice experience within the healthcare field, Michael demonstrates an admirable ability to form and maintain excellent relations with staff, residents, and family members while managing all culinary operations.
Michael attended The Culinary Institute of America and later took many chef positions, including head, sous, and executive.
